Are you looking for deep questions to ask yourself?

Asking yourself deep questions is the perfect way to connect or reconnect with yourself. This is NOT meant to be EASY. It’s meant to challenge you.

To know yourself is where your real power unlocks. Once you know yourself, no one can take that away from you.

In order to make this a bit more comfortable, make it vibe. Go to a quiet place where you can be alone, light a candle, take a deep breathe, make a cup of tea and be honest with yourself.

Being alone with yourself is one of the most POWERFUL and AMAZING things you can do for YOURSELF. The best thing about this process is, it’s just you and yourself. I promise this is one the best form of therapy.

There’s no one to tell you that something is right or wrong, good or bad or enough or not enough. YOU ARE ENOUGH!

I know these are deep questions to ask yourself, but it’s so worth it!

Grab your journal or device and start with one question. Write the first thing that comes to your mind. Be present with yourself. Truly, be honest with yourself.

Understand that the it’s okay for this to be difficult. It’s hard to look at yourself in the mirror, but so necessary.

Be gentle with yourself. Forgive yourself for the mishapps and grow from them.

Talk it out!

Let’s be real, sometimes journaling isn’t enough. It’s a great start, but feel free to talk to someone or people you trust like a friend, family member, mentor, coach, etc.

Sometimes you need another perspective or just someone to listen. Whatever the case is, talking it out is always a good idea.
