1. Determine YOUR why!
Because you are trying to lose weight in such a timely manner it’s time to get serious about your why.
Why do you want to lose weight? Why do you want it to happen fast?
What life events are coming up this year that you are planning for? Looking to feel confident in that new dress or swimsuit?
Do you just overall want to feel better, have more energy, eat cleaner?
Whenever you feel like you don’t want to go to the gym, exercise, go for a hot girl walk, etc keep your why in front of you. This will remind you of where you're headed.
2. Set ONE realistic goal
Focus on one goal. This could be anything from eating cleaner to working out to getting more sleep.
Grab your journal, computer, iPad or device of choice and write your goal.
